Cactus Highway

Between the years 1998 and 2005, the Boston based Cactus Highway brought their eclectic and acoustic sounds across the country.  Rob Duquette and Andrea Wollstadt co-founded and co-led this duo and sometimes full band.  They spent their time performing at  venues such as Club Passim in Cambridge, House of Blues in Hollywood, CA, The Bitter End in New York City, and performed in cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Kansas City, St. Louis, Cleveland, and Seattle.  They released two CD’s, a self titled release in 2000 and “Nothing Pure” in 2004.  They shared the stage with many of the folk world’s masters and occasionally they still come together to combine their talents.

Cactus Highway have play with (among others):  Catie Curtis, David Massengill, Mary Gauthier, Roy Bookbinder, Greg Greenway, Alastair Mook, Aztec Two Step, Adam Ezra, Chris and Merideth Thompson, Dana Edelman, Oen Kennedy, and Michael Troy…
